« They had no power when I checked in. I have POTS and can't tolerate the heat. I left to drive around for a bit and came back late evening to still no power. I had no choice but but to find lodging elsewhere before bedtime since they had no idea how long it would be out. I didn't stay even 1 night. I requested a refund 4 times (never heard back the first 3 times). Finally, I was told the owner refused to refund because it wasn't his/her fault their power was out. It wasn't my fault either. « This was an older property. Maintained well, beds were alright, air conditioning worked well in our room. No breakfast, no frills, just a cheap place to stay for the night. If in the area we would stay again. »

« We chose not to stay because of the hotel's overall appearance. My husband is a disabled veteran and there was no elevator and we had quite a few pieces of luggage. The front desk lady was very polite and said that she would give us a $50 refund. My husband told her that we would try to find another hotel. We did. My husband went back and told the front desk lady that we had found another hotel. She said that she would give us a full refund but it is not showing yet on our online bank account....
