The main level welcomes you with inviting seating, a gas fireplace, and an open living area that makes spending time together easy. Settle in for movie night, catch up over coffee, or simply relax after a day of adventure.

You'll also find the fully equipped kitchen and a convenient half bathroom on this level.

🎱 Third Floor | Bunk & Game Room

The top floor is where the fun continues! Play a round of pool, enjoy a movie, or grab a cold drink from the mini fridge. Two comfortable bunk beds, a Smart TV, and a full bathroom make this a favorite space for families and friends.

Step outside onto the upper wraparound deck for elevated views of the surrounding trees.

🛏️ Sleeping Arrangements

With 2 bedrooms, 5 beds, and 2.5 bathrooms, the cabin comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests.

The layout gives adults a peaceful retreat while the upstairs bunk and game room provides a fun, welcoming space for kids, friends, or additional guests.

🍳 Gather, Cook & Dine

Mornings start a little slower here. Brew a fresh cup at the stocked coffee bar, prepare breakfast together, and decide whether the day calls for adventure or staying in.

The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and the cookware and essentials needed for homemade meals. Coffee, sugar, and creamer are also provided.

🥞 Enjoy a relaxed breakfast before heading out, cook a favorite family recipe, or bring home takeout after exploring Hochatown.

When the weather is beautiful, fire up the outdoor grill and share dinner around the first-floor deck's dining table, with seating for eight.

🌲 Outdoor Living

The outdoor spaces are what make Tree House Hangout feel truly special. Surrounded by tall pines, the two wraparound decks offer beautiful places to enjoy fresh air, quiet mornings, and evenings with your favorite people.

☀️ First-Floor Deck | Soak & Gather

Start the day with coffee outdoors, enjoy a meal together, or slip into the private hot tub after a full day exploring Broken Bow.

Just below the deck, the fire pit area invites you to gather for s'mores, conversation, and a friendly game of horseshoes.

🌅 Third-Floor Deck | Relax Above the Trees

Make your way to the upper deck, where comfortable outdoor seating, a Smart TV, and cornhole create an inviting hangout spot high among the pines.

Find a quiet seat on the bench, listen to the sounds of nature, and enjoy the elevated woodland views. Guests especially love this space for peaceful mornings and relaxing evenings.

🎮 Play, Relax & Stay Awhile

There's no need to fill every hour with plans when staying in is part of the fun.

Spend the afternoon playing pool in the upstairs game room, challenge someone to cornhole on the deck, or unwind with a favorite movie.

After sunset, gather by the fire pit, enjoy the outdoor atmosphere, or retreat to the hot tub for a relaxing end to the day.

Whether it's a weekend with friends or a family vacation, the cabin makes it easy to mix laughter, friendly competition, and much-needed downtime.
