## ROOM FOR THE WHOLE GROUP

Rustic Retreat on Pine Hills is designed to give families and groups room to spend time together without feeling crowded.

Two private King suites give adults comfortable bedrooms of their own, while the large upstairs bunk/game room creates a separate space for kids, teens, or additional guests.

Between the game room, hot tub, playground, covered patio, fire pit, and indoor living spaces, there is plenty to enjoy without leaving the cabin.

The upstairs combines sleeping and entertainment into one large space.

There`s plenty to explore nearby, but the cabin is also set up so your group can spend an entire afternoon or evening at the property without running out of things to do.

Guests have private access to the cabin and its advertised amenities throughout their stay.

Self check-in is provided through a personalized access code created for your reservation. Your arrival instructions and door code will be sent before check-in.

Our hospitality team is available by message throughout your visit if you have questions, need assistance with the property, or would like local recommendations.

# OTHER THINGS TO NOTE / GOOD TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING

**Sleeping Capacity:** The home sleeps up to 14 guests for reservations beginning October 15, 2026. The Queen sleeper sofa is being installed on that date and is not available for stays ending before October 15, 2026.

**Pets:** Dogs are welcome with a $75 fee per pet, per stay. Please contact us before booking if you plan to bring more than 2 pets.

**Occupancy:** Only registered guests are permitted. Parties and events are not allowed.

**Minimum Booking Age:** The primary renter must be at least 25 years old.

**Fireplaces:** The indoor and covered-patio fireplaces are available seasonally from October 1 through March 31.

**Playground:** Playground equipment is intended for children. Adult supervision is required, and guests should follow all posted age, weight, and use guidelines.

**Hot Tub:** Children must be supervised around the hot tub at all times.

**Smoking:** Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the cabin or on covered decks.

**Fireworks:** Fireworks are not permitted on the property.

**Exterior Cameras:** Exterior security cameras monitor the driveway and entry areas, including a Ring doorbell at the entrance. Cameras may record video and audio. There are no indoor cameras and no cameras positioned at the hot tub.

**Safety:** Smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors are installed throughout the property.
