Long weekend getaway

My husband and I loved staying here! The location was wonderful. It was out of the way enough to be quiet and have a secluded feel but it was close enough to all the places we wanted to visit. It was absolutely beautiful and definitely had all the comforts of home. We are already thinking about when we can return. We did a lot of hiking at Beavers Bend Sate Park during the day and we enjoyed some the restaurants near the cabin in the evenings. I highly recommend this lovely cabin for anyone thinking of making a trip to this area.

This charming home was secluded and had so many extras!

The listing for this relaxing, modern home was accurate. It had everything a person could need, including coffee pods, creamer, and bath necessities. One added touch were the bath bombs and epsom salts. There were plenty of clean, plush throw blankets to just lounge around.One morning I woke to find 7 deer just feet away from the windows. It really was a wonderful cabin and close to everything Beavers Bend had to offer. 5 STARS!!

This cabin was great!! Very relaxing clean cabin for a little retreat to get away. The check in was very easy. Owners were very informative all the way up to the checkin day. If you’re looking for a great place to get away and relax, this is the place. It’s a beautiful, well kept luxury cabin in the woods. 10th Anniversary Trip

I surely recommend Ad Astra to couples looking to unplug & reconnect. Heath gave helpful prompt information. The neighborhood is less crowded than most areas we saw. It has a secluded feel yet still close to places to eat, shop, etc. You can tell a LOT of thought went into planning. The cabin feels large & airy due to high ceilings and skylights. The open Living/Kitchen is welcoming and highly functional. Everything needed & more in the kitchen. The Living Room has comfortable furniture with fireplace view. Each room was spotless, convenient, and comfortable. Beautifully decorated with luxurious details yet felt homey. From bath bombs toiletries coffee & tea detergent towels to cooking needs, it’s there so no need to bring much! The king mattress & pillows were so comfortable that we both slept better than at home. I miss the bathroom! A soak in that tub is heaven. Robes are a nice touch especially when using jacuzzi. Being on a hill with wrap around deck it has spectacular views to relax and listen to the wind in the trees. The bedroom side deck is where we’d chill often sipping a drink. Mother Nature showed us the most colorful sunset there. We’re SO happy our furbaby was welcome. She took to cabin life spending her time looking out the window or on the deck. The area around the cabin was nice to explore while walking her. The more private jacuzzi side deck is where we saw deer go by. Honestly exceeded expectations no negatives except sad to leave but plan to return again.

Gorgeous cabin in Hochatown

From the minute we walked into this gorgeous cabin we knew our anniversary weekend would be a great one!! We even got to bring our fur baby along! Heath and Tessa made sure we had everything we needed for our weekend stay and were quick to respond to any questions we had. The cabin is so clean, has new appliances, the hot tub is incredible and the bath tub / shower are equally amazing! Thank you so much for hosting us!
