AC system is locked at 74 and they will not lower if requested. (Seems asinine that you can’t lower to 70-72 if requested so everyone can sleep comfortably after shelling out over a Thousand dollars upfront for the stay). Wi-Fi doesn’t have strong enough range to Rokus upstairs so no TV in any upstairs bedrooms or for phone service. Have to step outside to gain cell service. Hot tub requests that you use powder under sink to maintain but none was available. Not all bathrooms have hand towels and showers are missing body wash. Check out instructions ask to run a load of towels but no laundry detergent to use. Cabin was overall clean and nice but lacking in listed areas.
