Beautiful home. We chose it for the outdoor fire-pit, swings, & back deck. It was all lovely. House had that we needed. Beds and bathrooms were perfect! We slept well. Lots of indirect lighting & great fans. We love airflow. The view of the trees was perfect! The house position lends great shade to back seating and reading a book. We came to relax. Biggest bummer, I could not find what the noise ordinance was and who it was for in the manual. Just our rental or the neighborhood? Someone was having a massive party behind our property, for hours Saturday night. Lots of screaming (joyful to be honest - they were having fun), cussing, music. Large crowd. So it killed our ambiance of a peaceful forest stay. We could not hear it in the house, but our whole point of being there was to be outside. Maybe this area is too packed in? Please know I realize this is not the owner’s fault! But for the , you would think the whole neighborhood would have a noise ordinance as it is not a cheap place to stay. We would stay here again even in cooler weather. Maybe less outdoor parties?
