Upon arrival, the lock code provided did not work, and the Wi-Fi password we received was incorrect. Since there was no cellular service, we were unable to contact you. After a long time, we eventually managed to enter the house through a back door and verified the correct Wi-Fi password. It wasn’t until the following day that we received the correct entry code for the front door. This caused a great deal of stress and anxiety at the start of our stay.Additionally:The master bedroom mattress is very uncomfortable, as it sinks in and makes it difficult to turn or move.The sectionals in both the living room and the terrace (where the hot tub is located) are also uncomfortable and in need of replacement.Aside from these issues, the rest of the property was good. However, given the inconvenience and stress we experienced—especially with the entry and communication difficulties—I believe a partial refund is fair and appropriate.Please let me know how you would like to proceed.
