We are in Broken Bow every year and this is the 1st time I've given a 3 star review. This cabin is not easy to locate. Neither Apple or Google map takes you to the actual address. Need to better mark the entrance to the cabin. I did place a call once we couldn't find and told someone would call me back, never received that call. We finally found on our own. When we finally arrived at 3:15, had a 3p check in time, the cleaning lady was still there, said no one told her we were going to be there at 3, and then 2 other people and a child were located on the couch. They stayed another 20 min as we loaded in all of our food and suitcases, super awkward. We noticed that the refrigerator was missing shelves and door shelves as well as it has no interior light. If you read past reviews from 2025, the host claimed that the shelving issues were addressed. I'm here to tell you they were not addressed and that they are still missing. This made is difficult for all the food we brought for 7 people.The instructions we received on our welcome communication for lighting the fireplace were incorrect we then reached out to inquiry, we received the same instructions again. We finally figured it out on our own. I will say, communication was quick, not always correct and Jeremy was our saving grace with the grill. Someone (host) needs to stay here to see all the other issues and there are too many to list here.
