„The chalet was excellent! Very clean! Communication was lacking. Instructions on locking the door and using the keypad were not there. We had to figure it out. Also, instructions on turning on the AC were nowhere. My husband found a remote control and that’s how we figured out how to use it. I did feel like we got scripted responses to questions.
