THE COTTAGE

This charming board-and-batten cottage blends classic Southern porch living with fresh coastal style. Downstairs, the open living, dining, and kitchen areas flow together under crown molding and rich hardwood floors — perfect for slow mornings with coffee and evenings gathered around the table.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (Sleeps 6)



Primary Suite (main floor) — four-poster bed, sitting area, and a private ensuite bath with soaking tub, glass walk-in shower with dual shower heads, and a double granite vanity

Bedroom 2 (upstairs) — two twin beds, great for kids or friends traveling together

Bedroom 3 (upstairs) — inviting sleigh bed with plush coastal linens

Loft Lounge (upstairs) — comfy sofa and Smart TV for movie nights or a quiet workspace



KITCHEN & DINING

The full kitchen is stocked with granite countertops, stainless appliances, coffee maker, blender, slow cooker, and all the cookware you'll need. The dining table seats 6, and there's a grill under the covered carport for cookout nights.



OUTDOOR LIVING

Sip your sweet tea on the covered front porch, or head out back to the screened porch — ceiling fan, string lights, and comfortable seating included. The large, hedge-lined backyard gives kids and grown-ups plenty of room to play.



THE LOCATION

Tucked in a quiet Brunswick neighborhood, you're a short drive from historic downtown Brunswick's restaurants and shops, the fishing piers, and the beaches of St. Simons Island and Jekyll Island. Convenient for vacationers, traveling professionals, and extended stays alike. 20 minutes to beaches and 10 minutes to almost all Brunswick attractions.

Please consider purchasing travel insurance for your trip. This may cover you for instances of medical emergencies or inclement weather. We unfortunately can’t offer refunds for these types of situations so we want to ensure you’ve properly covered yourself.



Pack N Play and strollers are available upon request for $15 each for the duration of your stay. Please notify us at least 1 day in advance if you would like to rent them so we can ensure they are delivered prior to your arrival.



Guests must be at least 24 years old to book this property.



After booking we do require a rental agreement and rental form to be signed in order to stay at our home. We appreciate the understanding on this as we want to protect all parties involved!



Other Things to Note:

For any stay 60 or more days, an additional cleaning fee of $175 will be added after booking. If the cleaning fee is unpaid 7 days prior to check-in, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without a refund.



For stays of 30 nights or more, we will collect a $750 refundable security deposit.



Linens are provided for your stay along with a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, body wash and laundry pods. They will not be replenished during your stay so make sure to bring some extras if you need!
