Fantastic gathering place for special events.

We had 1 infant and 14 adults in town for a Fighting Texas Aggie graduation on 5/17/25 and we all stayed at Whoop Acres. Communication prior to arrival, was great with the property manager and Fred, the owner. They were very accommodating and check in was extremely simple with the detailed instructions. The house had everything we needed and provided a big place for all of us to gather after graduation. Great memories were made. Whoop Acres is an excellent place to stay!

Great for a big birthday celebration!

Our large family congregated to celebrate the 80th birthday of my husband, the patriarch of our family. I couldn’t have chosen a better spot to do this! The spacious house and yard was just as expected from the listing, and the owner was so nice to meet us there to show and explain everything. There are so many “fun” things to do there from the fire pit with s’mores to playing cornhole or air hockey, etc. Plus, there’s lots of seating on the big patio for just sitting and talking. We all had a great time! I highly recommend Whoop Acres Ranch!

Project kickoff

We enjoyed the home. Uses our stay there for team building event and project kickoff. Home has everything you would need for a quiet country stay and ideal for large groups. Great outdoor environment, social gathering areas, and still provides some private space needed, highly recommended.

Great place

Everything was good but some things could be improved on. Two of bathrooms had no locks for doors which gets awkward with a lot of people. Also, one bathroom had no curtains for window into back yard. Three of the bedrooms have the same entrance into hallway so it can be awkward trying to change clothes and enter and exit rooms without disturbing several people. Overall very nice place.

Spacious, Clean, and Fun

The house was as described. It was large enough for 3 couples and our 14 children. There were cots for extra beds, enough rooms to figure out good sleeping arrangements. Note that there is one huge room with 2 full/queen beds that is in the middle of 2 other rooms with beds. There are plenty of beds, you might just have to be creative with the arrangement of people if you have a lot of adults. But it was all perfect for our party of 3 couples, as we all had our own rooms. We spread the kids out in the extra 3 bedrooms with some little kids and babies sleeping in the room/bed with their parents.Plenty of seating for meals. Very nice backyard with plenty for kids to play on! There isn't a fence so they can get to the front of the house if not watched. Well stocked kitchen. Kind host. We'd stay again!

Amazing weekend

This house was perfect for our large group of 5 families for the A&M v tu football weekend. Plenty of beds for the kids. Fun outside activities, and lots of space for the adults to hang out as well. Excellent communication with the owner throughout. We felt blessed to be there.

Wedding Weekend

Me and my family came in for my brothers wedding weekend and this home was perfect for our huge family! Host was communicating the whole time and very attentive to any questions we had as well as Greeted us when we arrived! The best stay we have had and definitely recommend for any huge families!

The absolute BEST!

I was looking for something spacious and close to the wedding venue, it met that and SO MANY MORE expectations! The house is GORGEOUS, it’s huge with space for so many people. It’s comfortable with so many fun amenities. It was the perfect place for our family! And Mr. Brown was the sweetest! Fell in love with him immediately! If you are looking at this place, JUST HIT THE RESERVE BUTTON!!!

Amazing Stay for a family of 10!!

This was the perfect home for our group. We were in town for my daughter’s wedding and used this home as our home base. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and we really loved that a crib was provided for our grandson. So many places to sleep and plenty of bathrooms too for everyone to get ready at the same time! We would highly recommend this home and hope to be able to stay again if we’re in CStat/Bryan any time soon! The host was great to work with too…very friendly and answered questions in a timely manner!

Perfect family spot

We rented this propery for my daughter's Ring Day. It did not disappoint. There was plenty of room for our large family and everyone had a place to sleep. We wouldndefinitely stay here a million times over.

Wonderful place

We had the house for a long weekend to stay in for a wedding in the area and it was perfect. The house is very nice and clean and well taken care of, beautiful property and great little country area. Perfect for when we had a few people over for dinner that were in town for the wedding. Beautiful patio and outdoor area with plenty of seating. The owner/host was awesome. Very responsive, communicative and timely, made sure we had everything we needed, etc. We would definitely stay there again!

Family Friendly

This was an amazing place to stay with our whole extended family! We had several little ones and it was so helpful to have space where they could get all their energy out outside on the playground area and front driveway! The host was very attentive and answered all our questions in a very timely manner. We would definitely stay here again when we are all visiting College Station!

Whoop house

This was the perfect place for a large group. It was suited to sleep 25 in actual beds… not couches or futons. Table service was great for a large group. Plenty of sheets and bedding. Beautiful outside space. The couple of things that came up were quickly taken care of.

Church Women's Retreat

The property was nice and clean. I loved that it was a single level property as there were elderly women in my group. Fred was very responsive. My only issue was that rollaway beds weren't in the description of beds, and with a group comprised of middle-aged to elderly women, i definitely wanted true beds for their comfort, even bunk beds would've been better, but we made it work and everyone enjoyed themselves. They spent a lot of time on the patio and swings even though it was hot outside, so that speaks volumes on the ambience of the outside.

A wonderful place for a large family of various ages. We had 20 adults and 4 children and there was never a lack of room. There are plenty of chairs on the patio for everyone to gather in the evening. The back yard is spacious with cornhole, horseshoes and baseball all day. The hot tub was a favorite place for the little ones. The hosts were incredible. We couldn't have asked for more. We will be back.
