"Très beau hôtel, Très bien situé proche de la maison blanche. Le personnel est sympathique et le restaurant italien délicieux. Petit bémol pour le confort de la chambre. Le toilette était cassé et la salle de bain un peu vétuste, et Le matelas trop mou."

"On connaissait déjà la chaîne Citizen pour l’avoir essayé à Londres, celui de Washington est vraiment excellent. Lle personnel accueillant. L’hôtel est d’une propreté, la chambre très belle je conseille vivement cet hôtel."

"Bel hôtel, mais en deça des standards européens à ce type de tarifs. Avons souffert d'une certaine désorganisation au petit déjeuner à cause des repas de Pâques, et les serveurs (nombreux mais mono tâches) semblent avoir été formés à servir dans un fast food et non dans un hôtel de standing "
