We did enjoy the property a lot. Views are really impressive. Loved the screened deck with all the chairs, then you go through to the huge open deck that has picnic table and hot tub! We used the hot tub several times! Be sure to bring some extra large towels. Really big bonus is the very cute fenced in yard! What a treat to go out to deck with the dogs and not have to leash walk them around in my pjs early in the morning! Dogs really enjoyed the freedom and the spaces inside the house gave my 80# gal plenty of room to spread out. Most days I was up and could see sunrise on one side over the trees and a beautiful sunset from the deck. Bedroom was comfy and linens were nice. Overhead fans in each room kept a nice airflow throughout. The drive up to cabin is paved but it is steep and has a few sharp curves. Also one lane. Our old van made it but I didn’t want to push it with multiple trips up and down drive. If it was snowy or icy our van probably wouldn’t have worked. We would still return though to enjoy the area. Bryson City is a wonderful small town, great food! Only 8 miles away. This property is very convenient to many sights and wonders of the area. In an aside be sure to bring toiletries; shampoo, bar soaps, toilet paper as these are not fully supplied. Walgreens close by and a grocery store for anything needed. Basics - kitchen well stocked, easy to cook own meals.If you’re wanting to watch tv it is pretty large and has excellent WiFi with all the extras
