David the Bullfrog manger ensures you have a great stay. Oscar the bar tender and entertainment director is always a pleasure to visit with. Kim, is a great new addition since my last stay. Housekeeping is always on top of keeping the rooms perfect. I can’t wait to return.“

„We did not realize at flamingos we only got access to half the resort & our sides beachfront restaurant was closed for renovation. But we upgraded and switched to the La estancia side to get full access to the amenities. But then our room was bare bones. We had no water or drinks (like we had in other room) but we had one broken coffee pod . Even when we told front desk they stalked the fridge which was nice, but no coffee. It was just odd and considering during the day the only coffee available ...

„Is a great Resort. Food and service great. But be careful with the question for be member in the „Villa Group“ club. You don‘t need that and it costs you presentation time“
