Palermo's parks are within walking distance: the Rosedal rose garden and the lakes, the Ecoparque and La Rural exhibition grounds. The restaurants, bars and boutiques of Palermo Soho and neighboring Palermo Hollywood are a short walk away.

Check-in is fully autonomous and keyless: the apartment door opens with a personal access code that our team shares with you before arrival, so you can come in at any hour without coordinating a meeting. Justo Metrobus runs east-west across the city. The Palermo train station is also nearby. On foot, you reach Distrito Arcos in a minute and Palermo's parks and lakes in a short walk. Taxis and ride apps pick up at the door.

There is construction on the neighboring lot, so building noise may be heard during legally permitted daytime hours. The pool and ground-floor coworking are for registered guests only; the pool is heated from November to March. The building has 24-hour security at reception. Check-out is at 10 am.
