The design of the property was nice and it was spacious. But as we stayed we noticed some pretty major issues such as a broken door jam which makes it so the main level bathroom door right off the kitchen doesn't shut. The kitchen was missing quite a few essentials. But the biggest problem was the blanket of spiders on the exterior of the house and having to kill several spiders a day inside as well as ants in the trash and on anything left out. I alerted the owner but nothing was done. We had to duck under massive webs to get out at night. All of this made it hard to sleep. I would not stay there again because of the spiders. The house right next door was not covered in spiders and in fact we saw an exterminator there so I know it didn't need to be that way. I came home exhausted as I had a hard time sleeping knowing BIG bugs was crawling around.
We had a family reunion and this VRBO was perfect for the 6 of us. Pleasant accommodations, clean & all in good working order. Good location for our family. I recommend
We were in Buffalo for a wedding and this was a great alternative to getting 4 hotel rooms! There was plenty of for all 7 of us. Every place we had to go was a short Uber ride, and it is only 15 minutes to the airport. The house was very clean, and had all of the basics we needed.
My husband and I hosted our 2 adult children and spouse at this lovely urban loft. Location was great with close proximity to the Peace Bridge for jaunts to Canada as well as downtown Buffalo, Canalside and the airport. Plenty of bedrooms and good sized bathrooms. Excellent modern updates to a 124 year old residence.
Loved this apartment! Modern, bright and airy and easily accommodated our family and friends. The kitchen was under stocked for folks who love to cook so we ended up buying utensils like a can opener! Lots of stairs too!
Great place to stay. Clean and had everything we needed. Great location but not in a neighborhood and not walking distance to any restaurants. You need a car and there is plenty of parking.
The location couldn't have been better! With Allen Street being only a half mile from the home, we were able to walk to dinner nightly, and enjoy the surrounding neighborhood. When we did need to take the car, everything was very close, and convenient. At the end of a long day of sight seeing, this clean comfortable home was the perfect place to relax. There was plenty of space for everyone. The pictures online show exactly what you get. The host was diligent in communicating with us, and made sure we had everything we needed.
The property was nice and looked exactly the same in person as it did in the on-line photos. The main short-cimings were primarily kitchen related. We had to go out and buy items such as a can opener, cookie sheet, hot pads (after I burned my hand on the oven), etc. I was expecting to purchase groceries, but not basic cooking utensils and hot pads. The rain shower heads in both bathrooms are pretty limited unless your a very tall bald male. If you have long hair trying to get your hair washed was extremely difficult. The water pressure was limited and the downstairs shower did not drain well. The water backed up and went out onto the main floor of the bathroom.
A group of seven friends from Canada in our 40s and 50s stayed here for a Buffalo Bills game. The property is very clean and spacious, with everything you need for supplies within a short walking distance. Even better was Owen, the rental owner. He was really accessible for any questions we had and responded in very short order each and every time. I'd give him more than five stars, but that's the max. it lets me pick. Great place to stay.
This was a staycation for our family as we wanted to stay close to where we were celebrating an event instead of driving home. I couldn't have picked a more perfect place! When I had a question prior to our stay, my message was answered within minutes, and the owner made sure I was aware of a small unrelated detail prior to arriving. I was concerned that the online photos may have made the rooms look larger than they were, but to my delight, every room was sizable, with fun, contemporary decor and each well appointed. Extended family stopped by and we had plenty of space. I only wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy all the comforts the loft had to offer. I truly hope I have an opportunity to rent it again!
This home was true to the photos and description. Very clean and fresh feeling. Great welcoming and modern details! There is quite a steep staircase which is required to gain access to the living spaces, not a problem for our family but something to keep in mind.
We planned a visit to Niagara Falls and stayed at this property. We were very impressed as to how nice and modern the layout was. It was also very clean and very spacious. It accommodated all 9 of us! Not to mention all the amenities that this property includes! No need to go out and buy silverware or plastic ware. Would definitely recommend for anyone staying near Buffalo, NY.
Located next to a convenient store with a brewery right behind it, a grocery store and gas station down the street, and easy access to 190 and the Canadian border. 25 min from Niagara, 15 min from the airport, 20 min from Highmark Stadium, and a great view of downtown. Cool parks nearby. Anchor Bar was less than 10min away. 4 bedrooms and queen beds that comfortably sleep 4 couples.
Stayed here for a guys weekend. We all had to swear to not tell our wives how nice this place was. Freshly renovated and beautiful! Lots of great things within walking distance! Highly recommend!
