« Kind, helpful staff. Real thought put into the finishes with integration of local art. Stayed in Magnolia and loved the tub. Nice to have parking on site since street parking is real tight. A free breakfast is also included and they provide all local food, which was delicious. Bed was more 4 star than 5 but overall great stay! »

It was super clean and the bed was so comfortable that we overslept. We loved the Shampoo and Body wash and bought all of them to take home! Can’t wait to go back! »

« Lovely boutique hotel! The room was beautifully decorated with well-equipped kitchen, comfy living area, and quality bath amenities, robes, slippers, etc., in a perfect downtown location. We only spent one night to see the Thomas Dambo Trolls at the N.C. Arboretum, but it would be a great home base for extended stays exploring downtown Asheville and beyond. »

« The property is great but the surrounding area not the best. No fault to the hotel, parking was easy but large trucks blocked the majority of parking by the door. Breakfast was great, just would have liked more of a variety. Room was great and staff amazing. I would stay again when in the area. »

« Enjoyed our stay. Location is right in downtown, close to everything. Very modern and clean hotel. Rooms are very thoughtfully designed. The furniture choices, design is superb. Wonderful surprise was the 5-6:30 reception hour serving wine/beer/snacks. And the breakfast was tasty, great options, not like the typical boring tasteless one. Only gripe was the $12 per day parking charge. Didnt know about it until I reached. But all in all a superb hotel »

« Clean rooms fully stocked. Bathroom and shower are huge! The very kind gentleman that checked us in was friendly, professional, and efficient. He even texted me after we settled in to ensure everything was up to our satisfaction. Very impressed! The “pantry” in the lobby is very well stocked and this property also offers a buffet breakfast in the mornings, check out at noon, and a roof top bar with music and seasonal events. We are very happy with our stay! »
