« We weren't provided with any check in information at all and I had to chase for it on the day of travel There was no property information provided in the premises at all meaning we couldn't make the TV work. There was no hot water - apparently the boiler had been turned off. We were told this after we had checked out. The shower controller was broken so if there had been hot water we wouldn't have known which way to turn the dial I asked several times for information about where I should park...
