« Do you like BEDBUGS? I don't. But for more than 100 dollars, I got a nice room with bedbugs. The manager was not around and 4 days later, I have still no answer about a refund, what would be the less they could do to be excused. I am a photographer working for travel magazines and in my life, I stayed in the most remote places in Africa, Asia and South America. But never had BEDBUGS. Thank you La Quinta, you become a reference. »

« The room floor looked dirty and bathroom had what looked like dried clay in the corners. I asked for an extra towel and I had to return the dirty towels to get an extra one. I called the front desk 5 times with no answer. When I finally got ahold of the front desk, I asked if I could do a late check out because we had some time before the wedding we were going to. The lady at the front desk informs me she isn't authorized to do that and that only her manager can approve that and he is not...

« Hôtel simple mais convenable. Draps et serviettes moyennement propres, car manque de personnel nous a t on dit....
Au Petit déj, la serveuse préfère regarder son tel plutôt que de remettre des bagels, pas gracieuse.
Lit trop mou a notre goût.
