« We had a great stay for my dad's 80th birthday celebrations. The property was fully equipped with everything you could need and we had a lovely welcome hamper left for us. The beds and pillows were spotless and very comfortable. The property was clean and tidy. Couldn't have asked for any more! »

« On arrival we met Sarah, who was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The Farmhouse is a large property, ideal for a family get-together with a large garden and lovely surroundings. We made use of the hot tub which the family enjoyed. We had two dogs with us which the garden and surrounding area was ideal for. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it. »

« Stunning house that accommodated 10 of us with plenty of room. Great kitchen for catering for a large group. Nice walks and short drive to river Orwell and Suffolk Food Hall. Really enjoyable stay with nothing negative to say. »

« Amazing what you can fit into a small space! Microwave and toaster are good for basic self catering, though we were glad that we had brought containers to cook in and our normal camping plates and cutlery. Location is very good, quiet and private, but with plenty to explore in the nearby area. »

« Another lovely stay. Thanks to Celene for her help with the quick turnaround both stays were very enjoyable. We loved seeing the church lit up at night and the bells pealing on a Sunday. Rose Cottage is a gem. »

"Very nice and helpful receptionist, Hannah. Good size room and bathroom. Ideally situated for the bus and train. Only negative, was the cleaning. Glasses were never changed or washed up (4 night stay)top of unit never cleaned,where cups were.One day pillows were left on the floor. I left a note to ask for the soap dispenser to be fiĺled, this never happened."
