„Older bldg. we had 2rooms, 4&9.
Rm 4: bathroom floor not cleaned/hair around from previous guests. Partially used mini shampoos and conditioners which also had hair on them. There were individual pkts of shampoo I used. No hair dryer. Bed was uncomfortable/hard to our liking. TV programming was poor.
Rm 9: uncomfortable bed. Bugs/insects in room.
Used common areas very little. Ice maker frozen solid.
Didn’t play golf because of timing. But course looked very nice.“

„Tucked back in the Arkansas rolling hills… is an awesome little B&B. Had never been to a B&B before but thought we’d break our trip up and it was well worth it. Tiffany and Bob have a beautiful place, quiet, calm, peaceful place to step away from the high pace of life. If you are traveling to Hot Springs you should highly consider taking a step outside of town… I know I’ll well be back!“

„My husband and granddaughter hiked part of the Ouachita
Trail. While they were hiking I became quite ill while staying in the Joplin Inn. The staff were kind and helpful. They live their faith. We are grateful for their thoughtfulness!“
