The apartment is ready upon your arrival: it has been cleaned, and linens (sheets and towels) are included for the duration of your stay. Basic supplies are provided only at the start of your stay: shampoo, shower gel, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, trash bags, a sponge, cooking oil, coffee, and tea. The accommodation has Wi-Fi access.

A dedicated concierge will be available during your stay to answer your questions and assist you as needed.
Check-in is self-service, and keys can be picked up at a KeyNest location at 23 Rue Saint Pierre in Caen (open Monday through Saturday from 8:30 AM to 10:00 PM and Sunday from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM).
