Hotels nahe Austin's Yesteryear Grocers Shop (Nantwich)

„They should air out the rooms, it was extremely stuffy when we entered the room. Had to ask for an iron and it was old and rusty and wasn't working properly. We were afriad to use it. The rooms had no air condition and was very warm. Overall it wasn't managed properly. Sorry to say none of us were too happy.“

„Aside from a member of staff called Kane who was exceptionally helpful, our experience for a birthday break was beyond disappointing. We initially stayed at the sister property The Swan in Tarporley where staff were outstanding but at The Lion we were greeted in what can only be described as very patronising, unwelcoming and brusque, by who we understand to be Beth. We were shown to a room that was classed as executive but had clearly had a major leak in the bathroom as paint was peeling away ...

„Beautiful room the brilliant evening meal and breakfast“

„A lovely place with all the amenities“

„Very friendly welcome, we booked a suite, because no dogs are allowed there, which is probably a good idea when you have allergies. The suite was very spacious and romantic. The food was delicious, although I suspect that the breakfast portion size could be a bit larger for some people. The hotel has much charm and is situated in very quiet surroundings. The guest book proposed many things to do, but visitors should come by car, to get around easily. Parking spaces were more than enough outside. ...

„Lovely place, great big rooms and very good kitchen. “

„Beyond disappointing. We previously stayed initially for one night when travelling for business and the stay was so exemplary we booked for my birthday and for four nights - two at The Swan and two at The Lion in Malpas. We booked again an executive room but what a very different experience from Room 10! Initially shown to room 16 which was freezing cold in the room and bathroom. The room itself was so much smaller than room 10 and not what we would consider an executive room in comparison. The ...

„Einfach ein schönes Wohnen im Schloss. Sehr gutes Personal“

„One night stopover! Excellent value for money and friendly helpful staff.“
