Recomendo o hotel pela localização, pelo pessoal em serviço - recepção, guias, motoristas, garçons, todo mundo muito gentil e agradável - e pelo preço. Te fazem se sentir seguro alí e cuidam de você. Súper recomendável. O hotel tem todos os aparatos necessários pra te receber. A limpeza do lugar e o cheirinho de incenso são excelentes. Se eu posso colocar defeito aqui no Cairo, seria no serviço de wifi que não é comum em lugares públicos como na Europa mas isso é totalmente aceitável se a ideia é desconectar. Vc pode simplesmente adquirir um SIM Card e tá resolvido. Os egípcios são extremamente simpáticos. Voltarei certamente e espero ficar no mesmo hotel.

At the beginning, everything looks so perfect, and the communication with the hotel's owner/management was good. Meaning they said they could offer me free pick up and drop airport service, help to organize my day because they sell tours also, etc. But, all suddenly change when you said you don't wanna buy tours with them. There are things that I don't like from this inn: 1. They really want to sell you their tours and taxi service 2. Their rooms are so noisy (I don't mind if they do construction work in the afternoon only, but they also do it early in the morning like at 1-5 AM) 3. They asked me to pay my drop airport service. At the beginning, when they tried to sell me their tours, they said they offered me drop airport service only. To be fair, here are the good things about them: 1. Good room (bed, bathroom) 2. Great pyramid view plus at night you can enjoy light and sound show

A PRENDRE POUR LA VUE PYRAMIDE UNIQUEMENT
Nous avons passés 6 nuits à l'hotel. Les + : La terrasse et la vue sur les pyramides. La vue est magique, nous avons pu assister au spectacle son et lumière de la terrasse. Concernant la chambre, nous avions pris la chambre deluxe avec vue pyramides. La aussi, très satisfaits, nous avions un petit balcon qui nous permettait de regarder les pyramides à volonté et le spectacle également. L'hotel offre des bouteilles d'eau gratuites à volonté, ce qui est non négligeable en Egypte. Tous les jours nous avions 8 bouteilles dans notre petit frigo, on pouvait en demander plus si besoin. L'hotel offre un petit déjeuner complet mais uniquement salé (pas top pour moi) L'hotel offrait également un repas de spécialités égyptienne chaque soir. Les - : Une personne devait venir nous chercher à notre arrivée à l'aéroport mais cette personne n'est jamais venu. Il était tard et c'était une très mauvaise surprise. On a du payer le taxi jusqu'à l'hotel . En réparation, l'hotel a payé notre trajet de retour pour la gare du Caire. Il y avait des fourmis tout le long de la paroi de douche, le matelas était trop dur à mon gout. Nous avons commandés une fois un repas (mix kebab, kefta) sur la carte de l'hotel, nous avons été très décus car cela était très cher : 10 euros (par rapport aux restos extérieurs 4 euros ) et très peu de viande. Le wifi n'a pas fonctionné les 3 premiers jours. Personnel trop insistant pour vendre leur organisation de séjour. Cela revient moins cher par soi-meme

L'accueil est agréable, le petit déjeuner excellent, la vue de la terrasse splendide. L'hôtel est très propre, le seul point négatif était que la fenêtre de notre chambre donnait sur un mur. Ce n'était pas très grave car nous n'y étions vraiment pas beaucoup. Nous avons opté pour des tours proposé par l'hôtel et avons été très heureux ce notre choix. Nous avons donc passé 4 jours en compagnie de Mohammed et Rushia et les remercions beaucoup de leur gentillesse et flexibilité, d'avoir pris le temps de nous transmettre quelques fragments de leur belle histoire. Merci !!!!

This hotel is very clean and nice but in a depressed economic area--Giza. In the U.S.this is probably like our Comfort Inn or Motel 6 properties except with a million dollar view of the pyramids from rooms and rooftop restaurant. The staff was very helpful. They arranged transport from/to airport. Our driver (Alibaba), gave us tremendous insights (above and beyond) on our way to airport. We arranged a tour through the hotel of the new Grand Egyptian Museum and old Egyptian Museum in Cairo. The guide they sent was university trained and she was excellent. This hotel was an excellent value (about $125 including tax per night for 3 nights). Breakfast was included and was very good but not great in terms of variety. We ate dinner there twice and it was a good value for the money and more food than we needed-with a million dollar view during the meal. Negatives were these-small leak under sink that I just put one of our towels down during the stay and water would spray out of the shower on to the tile needing other towels to wipe it up. Elevator went out of service our last day. If you have mobility issues then it might be difficult to get to the restaurant on the roof as the elevator only goes to the 4th floor and then you must walk up an additional set of stairs to the rooftop.

Spectacular view from the rooftop restaurant and also from our room with the property set due east of the Great Sphinx and pyramid of Khafre (the one with the remaining limestone top). The hotel front door is 20 meters from the entrance to the evening light and sound show (that you can definitely watch from the rooftop) such that you are absolutely in the heart of the old neighborhood of camels, donkey carts and pyramid complex visitors. Food and restaurant service exceeded expectations; nice Egyptian mixed grill and collection of smoothies. Completely suitable and helpful-to-have breakfast at the same open air rooftop restaurant.

ピラミッドが目の前なので景色がいいです。入口も(正面口ではないが)近く、すぐにピラミッドエリアに入れるので観光がしやすいです。また、朝食の時間がお昼の12:00までの所がとてもいいと思いました。 ピラミッドは7:00から(ラマダン期間中は8:00)からなので、開場と同時に入り、一通り観光した11:30頃に朝食を食べれた事は本当に良かったです。 後は、日本人の良い口コミが多いので日本人が多めでした。スタッフもフレンドリーで面白く、またギザに来たら絶対ここに泊まりたいと思います。 ただ、シャワー利用中、お湯がだんだんぬるくなりました。おそらく私が使いすぎているからだと思うのですが、2日間ともシャワー終わりはちょっと寒かったです。あと、スリッパがあったらなお良かったです。

Wow this place horrible . If you want the hood come here. People smoke in the lobby. They were doing construction at 3am not joking. Mold in the shower and the water heater was leaking all night . The manager after I told him I’m leaving early he apologized and gave me 3 dates that he had in his hand

This property has good breakfast and a good view from the rooftip of the pyramids..its cheap and we had the last room available so probably the worst room of the inn but it served our needs although the shower was broken

Unbelievable views from rooftop dining area, some rooms also stunning views, worth paying extra for. Basic but nice breakfasts. Dining at night during light shows on pyramids was excellent. Lovely Egyptian theme throughout hotel was lovely. Staff were all lovely, overall very pleasant stay, and I wouldn’t hesitate booking it again. Small property no pool but amazing view.

- Positives: The view of the pyramids from the balcony and/or rooftop is unbeatable. Having one of the national dishes of Egypt (koshary “delivered”) eating it in the balcony with the pyramids in the background was out of this world. Staff were very welcoming at the front desk. Breakfast was lovely (Egyptian authentic food) served with love by phenomenal staff. Finally, a special thanks to Mohammed the room/bag service guy, he gave me lots of helpful tips and was very honest. - Negatives: unfortunately, the area is not well maintained in front of and around the hotel nor cleaned; thus, you can smell animal poo from the room. Rooms are not insulated and you can pretty much hear the foot steps from the street and outside the room. Room doors are old school and extremely loud when closed, with the walls not insulated, expect to wake up from deep sleep every time a room door in your level closes (like it is being slammed shut). Showers have no curtains (causing entire bathroom to be covered in water) and the heater barely allows one quick shower before it runs out of hot water when full. When I asked for a curtain, they said “we sent someone to buy it, he’ll be there to put it in 10 minutes.” I called again 3 hours later and still got the same answer (the 10 minutes lasted my entire stay and I still didn’t get the curtain lol). Finally, for the price I paid, this was not what I expected.
