Complimentary housekeeping is provided on the 7th day for stays of a full week. Additional housekeeping can be arranged through the channel by contacting us for an extra fee. Netflix and free Wi-Fi.

Instructions:
- Please send a clear copy of the passport or valid ID for all guests at least 24 to 48 hours before arrival to arrange entry permits. For same-day bookings, IDs must be sent before 3:00 PM (Cairo time),so we can provide them entry permits
- Amount Should be collected 7 days before arrival to avoid automated cancellation
- Guest will be requested to sign an online registration card upon arrival
- Location and entry code will be delivered to guests at check in time.

- A USD 200 security deposit will be held on your credit card during your stay and released after check-out
- Guests may also be asked to provide a valid Egyptian residence or visit visa, where applicable.

-Unmarried couples, visitors and mixed groups are not allowed.

Late check-in after 10:00 PM will incur extra charge of USD 20.

Late check-out will incur extra charge of USD 20 per hour.

Smoking is not allowed in all our properties.
