Price and service don't quite match. Actually a bit disappointing for the Marriott brand. When booking our two-night stay, I also booked breakfast for two on each of the days. Expedia got express confirmation from Marriott that breakfast for two was included in the price. On arrival I was told by the lady at the desk that breakfast was not included, even though I showed her the hotel confirmation. She mentioned that the account did show a $50 credit on the account, however she did not have a clue what this was for. She did not clarify. Not being satisfied with this, I returned to the front desk later and was told that this credit was a use-it-or-lose-it credit which we could use for breakfast in the attached restaurant. With the prices they charge, we both had ONE breakfast with a bowl of yogurt and a coffee each. So we got confirmation for two breakfasts and ended up getting only one. To top it off, the waitress in the restaurant was rude and made us feel unwelcome. As if we needed to apologize for being there in the first place. As to cleanliness, It really bother me that there were still pee stains on the outside of the toilet bowl. Not happy overall.

This was the perfect place to stay for an appt I had at the hospital just down the street. Easy walking distance and I could leave my car parked at the hotel. There were also good restaurants nearby for supper. The room was clean and tidy with nice modern features. Book directly though, as they do give a better rate if you will be at the hospital.

A good and quiet hotel with all amenities. Close to shopping and restaurants. The outdoor parking area is dirty because of the snow and sand on the roads.

This is a fairly new hotel in a newer area of Calgary and yet the windows provide little to no sound proofing and the hvac system makes way too much noise when it is running. Otherwise, the pizza at the restaurant was awesome, the B52s were awesome, the cheesecake was awesome. And if you want other choices, just walk across the street.

I am disappointed in our failed attempt to not just meet your expectations but also for letting you down, for which i sincerely apologize. Our Rendesvouz restaurant overall has a very positive guest feedback since its inception in February 2021. I am once again sincerely sorry this was not consistent with your experience. The hotel was clean and room was great. I was disappointed that I had to pay an extra $10 a day to park in front of the hotel. As well I paid for breakfast for breakfast through Expedia. But when asking the person at the front desk they said I didn’t have it. I had to show it on my receipt, then they had to get a manager. They ended up seeing I did have it. But the process was you ate at the restaurant and they would give you a credit to your room. Breakfast was a $25 credit. Not a fan of this process.
