Gut gelegen zwischen Autobahn und Innenstadt, groß angelegte Anlage mit vielen Parkplätze, Sitzgelegenheiten, Innenhöfe, Fitnessraum und Schwimmbad. Zimmer teilweise renoviert und im guten Zustand mit Tee/Kaffee wie üblich. Zimmer mit 2 Doppelbetten sehr groß, praktisch für Familien unterwegs. Frühstücksbuffet vollkommend ausreichend aber nicht hervorragend.

Nettes Hotel
Sehr großes Hotel in der Nähe der Autobahn, jedoch absolut ruhig. Tolle Ausstattung. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Leider war in unserem Zimmer die Heizung kaputt. Sie lief auf Hochtouren und ließ sich nicht abschalten. Trotz Reklamation wurde der Schaden nicht behoben und so hatten wir eine sehr heiße Nacht.

ein etwas in die Jahre gekommen Hotel am Stadtrand
Das Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Fliesen im Bad hatten zum Teil Steinschläge, der Teppich etwas abgelaufen und hier und da wellte sich die Tapete. Die Zimmer an sich waren etwas dunkel und schlecht ausgeleuchtet. Alles in allem war es aber sauber und geräumig und die Betten waren bequem. Das Hoteleigene Spa und Witnesscenter konnte von jedem Gast genutzt werden, kostenfrei. Ein kleines Hallenbad, Whirpool, Saune und Dampfbad. Das Frühstück war das beste in meinem ganzen Urlaub. Frischer Orangensagt und sogar dunkles Brot.

Preis - Leistung in Ordnung / Lage gut
Preis - Leistung OK. Eine Renovierung würde dem Haus jedoch nicht schaden. Der SPA Bereich wird von vielen externen Gästen genutzt. Das Hallenbad ist mehr als ungemütlich ausgeleuchtet und lässt keine "Relax-Stimmung" aufkommen. Da könnte man mit einfachen Mitteln was machen... Frühstücksleistung ist für britische Verhältnisse gut. Gerne wieder

The only thing that let our stay down was the miserable receptionist that was working when we booked in. She wouldnt make eye contact, had no smile and was generally very miserable. Otherwise all was very good.

Great value! The hotel's got a beautiful lobby and great facilities, including a pool and gym. The staff was polite and the rooms comfy and clean. Also, they offer 24-hour room service. It's great for families and, although there's nothing to do around the hotel, central Cambridge is a 15min drive away. We were very pleasantly surprised with this hotel, I would totally recommend.

Had a fantastic time staff were amazing could not fault anyone they all were so helpful and pleasant. The pool was a bonus yes changing rooms could do with an upgrade but didn't spoil our enjoyment did not get chance to use the gym but will come prepared next visit. Food in Restaurant was tasty and well presented had some lovely cocktails in bar area very good. Breakfast delivered plenty of choice and staff filled up regular certainly left with full contented tummys . Plenty of car parking spaces and felt my car was safe and secure. Thank you to all the staff team you were all great.

The bedroom was nice and a good size, however the bathroom felt unclean. There were hairs in the sink and the floor was dirty. The extractor fan didn't work and when I looked at it I could see why, it was disgusting. The bath matt had also been put in upside down, which isn't an issue but does goes to show the effort put into making it look presentable. The bar and restaurant areas were clean and presentable, if not a little chilly. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The "spa" area was nothing more than a sauna and steam room next to an average, swimming pool and the whole area including changing rooms could really use some TLC, it looked very run down.

Enjoyed our stay, great breakfast, warm confortable rooms, close to park and ride for cambridge. All good except for evening meal in bar at night. Paid £15 for a ready meal lasagne worth a fiver max. It was awful!

Always happy to stay at a Holiday Inn. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and sauna, breakfast was lovely and the room was spacious! We were perfectly located for a day out in Cambridge.

Enjoyable stay
A fabulous stay with family over the Christmas break. All the staff were amazing. Amenities in the room were basic, but all were well considered. Breakfast was impressive. We will definitely come back.

We have stayed in this particular hotel many times And I must say I was so impressed by the amazing transformation the hotel was absolutely beautiful. I would like to also add that one particular staff member went above and beyond and was so lovely and helpful offering to help with bags and ordering taxi she even helped me when I overslept and forgot to do the naughty elf she went out of her way to create the magic I think her name was Anna and she worked on reception We will 100% be returning
