We do advise on all websites to book a space in advance. The lighting above the door is something that we are working on as we were not permitted to install this due to light pollution but as we have had significant feedback on this we are working with the development team to get this reviewed. Sadly, we do have limited parking and due to high demand we do advise that prebooking a space is advisable which is why we do direct people to the alternative car park if there are no spaces left onsite. We do apologise for the inconvenience but sadly we are limited in the number of spaces that we can provide.
