On 1st impressions when walking into property looked ok, bit of a musty weird smell which i just thought could be a bad choice of room fragrance sprayed.
Then once settled in after unpacking etc.
Srarted to notice some minor issues, toilet seat had yellow urine staines under rim of seat, bathroom surfaces looked clean but looking closer needed some more cleaning to get a good standard of cleanliness. (My wife has her own cleaning contracts in Cornwall and i help out sometimes so i know what a high standard should be).
Unfortunately this property didn't meet high standards.
As i was staying away from home which required very long hours on a commercial refurbishment working very long hours every day, so spent very little time at property.
After 2 to 3 days stay i had began to get very itcy legs with raised bumps appearing all over lower legs and also started to swell up.
After my 3rd night this become unbelievably painful and uncomfortable.

After some private professional health advice i was informed the cause is likely to be a reaction to some kind of bug bite, was asked to check under my sheets and mattress to look for signs of any bug infestations.
I was truly shocked to find there was bugs everywhere.
So i tried to contact the host and sent all photos i recorded but did not get a reply, the following day i finally got a response and was told, no refund and i must have bought the bugs with me!
This was ridiculous to even suggest such a thing.
