« We checked in at 8pm after a day in the heat. Our room was 90 degrees even though the staff said their notes said the air conditioner was on. The staff also mentioned that the room should cool off in an hour. We couldn't sleep in the temperature of the room. We had an awful night. The sink counter was at an odd height (low), dirty, and the beds were very firm. Pool was closed for the season(it is July). We had a suite that included a kitchenette and full fridge. « We arrived later than anticipated for check in around 9:30 pm. The individual at the front desk remained on the phone for several minutes while another patron waited to ask a question and I was waiting to be checked in. The person in front of me waiting wanted to know where the elevator was located. She waited nearly 10 min while the clerk finished the call. In terms of customer service, I would think it is best to place a caller on a brief hold and attend to the line of guests waiting in...
