„We booked this hotel some time ago for a stay while attending a wedding nearby. A few days before our arrival, the hotel contacted us to ask what time we expected to check in. When I advised that we would be arriving at approximately 9:30pm, I was informed that there would be a mandatory €60 late check-in charge.
