Scrupulously clean, this gorgeous old house functions as a preschool during the school year, and has been set up for beachgoers for the summer. It has a giant playroom full of well-kept toys and a fenced-in backyard playground that is every kids' dream. A picnic table and grill make eating outside easy. „As others have said, it's near an intersection, gas station, and busy street, but it's still a great location. You can walk to Bowen's Warf in 20 minutes, there's a bike/walking path behind the house into town, or cut through the Common Burial Ground over to Spring Street.It's extremely clean and has a full kitchen and a washer and dryer in the basement. It's older, with old appliances and nice wooden floors - definitely nothing fancy, but very Newport in its own way. Nice shower.My only ...
