« This was the best place we have ever stayed. This boat is perfect and the location is amazing. Jon and Karen were so responsive and helpful. The bathrooms are small and could be difficult to manage but that’s to be expected on a boat. The banana bread (baked by Karen) and other pastries were a great grab and go either late night or in the mornings. This was a great experience in the harbor - seeing the other boats and watching the ships come thru. We loved it! »

« We stayed with our family of 4 - had a great stay. The location is perfect. We would definitely stay again. Our only issues were that the bed in the 2nd bedroom is pretty small for 2 adults and the fold out couch was not comfortable for sleeping and only had room for 1. Also, the boat listed a bit. It could use some large bowls in kitchen. »

« We only stayed 2 nights but it was so conveniently located. Within walking distance to all our needs and not far from attractions. Didn't have to take the car anywhere. This was my first time using VRBO and all my questions were answered by the property owners including advice requests. Overall great experience »

« We had a quick stay in Boston, so this location was perfect for getting onto the freedom trail, and seeing as much of Boston as we could!Communication was great, our greeter was very helpful. The house boat was a unique stay! »

« Nice boat with a lot of commodities. Close to the USS constitution which was nice and also close to the ferry to go to Boston harbour which was practical, because otherwise you have to walk about 30 minutes for the subway. Life at the marina is really nice and feels like you are part of a nice community. »

« What an amazing experience! I would recommend anyone doing this. The boat is just the right size for 2 people wanting to get away, relax and enjoy all that Maine has to offer! The Marina staff are wonderful as well! There are pots for lobsters, clams and even crabs that they let you use along with grills as well! Being from Maine, I can tell you this was an experience of a lifetime! »

« Smaller then expected especially the bed in the small bedroom. The smell is horrible but I guess it is normal on a boat. Luckyly I had some car freshener to put in the bedroom and some fleecy sheets to help a bit. We couldn't use the 'stove top' because of state law (or city law can't remember) so we only had the microwave and the small fridge. Also, if the lady who welcome you is in the parking lot (which happen a lot) you can't enter the parking lot as of there is a limit of entry permited by...

« Well kept and unique launching point for Boston adventures. Check-in was easy. Not much of a kitchen, but suitable for morning coffee and a glass of wine. »

« My wife and I had a great time at Lillypad. On the first night, we brought wine and a charcuterie board onboard and had a romantic evening. On the second day, we went into town and had a wonderful day. Both nights, the sunsets were gorgeous. »
