Clean and comfortable

Nice location-close to Main Street. Bright and airy. Wonderfully clean. Comfortable. All the amenities. The window a/c units keep it nice and cool in the summer. Spacious parking. I would stay there again.

Location! Parked the car and didn't need to drive again. Pubs, shops, restaurants, parks, all an easy walk. Everything we needed was provided, lots of nice thoughtful touches made our stay a breeze. Updates where frequent (maybe too frequent, for me) but we always knew what we needed, when we needed. Would certainly visit again.

Charming Canandaigua Getaway!

Create location just one block from the Main St. Center of village! Very clean! The beds were super comfortable! Will definitely stay again!

It was a great time. I rubbed there for the triathlon and the house was close to the event site. Place was really kind of perfect for two people for a couple nights. Can’t think of any negatives to be honest.

Central Location to lake activities--Very nice property

Property looked newly renovated and was very comfortable. Everything you need for a home away from home. Access to lake activities, including beach, water park, special events (Ontario Fair, Art show). 1 3/4 hours from Niagara Falls.

Excellent location, privacy, and space.

This property was very comfortable and clean. It looks like it was recently remodeled and provides ample square footage. The proximity allows you to walk anywhere but still have a private, quiet space. The check in/out process is as convenient as possible. Nothing but good things to say at a fair price!

The apartment was just as pictured which we appreciate. It was very clean. It was stocked well with quality pots and pans,coffee maker,dishes etc. We just used the king size bed which was comfortable. Ceiling fans and room air conditioners kept the rooms comfortable. The bathroom door did not close properly and there was a definite smell of stale cigarette smoke which was off putting. The neighborhood was quiet and close to downtown. All in all a good stay

Very nice stay in Canandaigua

We came to Canandaigua to be on hand for the birth of our daughters first born. The house worked out perfectly. Very convenient location to the hospital, town (plenty of nice restaurants within and easy walk) and our daughter's house. Supermarket, shopping near by. The house was very comfortable, nicely decorated, recently renovated. The photos on the website are accurate. The neighborhood isn't fancy but quiet. Great House, a few hiccups

The house was very well designed. The neighborhood looks a little “off,” but what a fantastic spot it ended up being. Easy access onto Main Street, and a 2minute drive down to the lake. Very quiet neighborhood for sure.Unfortunately, a very strong smell of cigarettes when we checked in. Despite buying two cans of ozone spray and a couple other air fresheners, the smell did not go away. Having a two year old with us and staying in a house that smelled like that wasn’t ideal.As a rental property owner myself, there could be a few more things added to the kitchen to make it easier for guests to enjoy making a meal at home.Really, this was just about a 5star rating, but the cigarette smoke kinda knocked it down. Feels like the cleaning crew should have caught and fixed it.Otherwise, great property and location. Wish we had more time in the town, will definitely be back again sometime!
