« Stayed 4 nights went well overall, however its more the experience afterwards that brings everything down for me. Hours after check out i recieved 4 messages through the app and text and 1 call from him about some child lock on a door being broken (photo attached) i hadn't even noticed it until later in our stay. When i removed a bag i had on the desk. My sister-in-law has the same child locks in her house, so if i did want to get through it i would know how, and there is no way my 5 year old...

« i was charged $100 because a window blind cable fell off the blind. Easy repair with a ladder which i did not have. »

« A fantastic bolt hole right in the centre of Canberra with everything you could need thoughtfully provided. Excellent communication with the host before and during made a real difference, and the option of secure on-site parking was great in such a central location. Definitely not looking anywhere else for future trips. »
