The Neighborhood:

It is one of the most central areas of Cancun, it is safe during the day and at night. It is about 7-15 minutes from restaurants, the beach, local businesses, shopping centers, and the bus station. It is an area where there is activity during the day and it is quiet at night.

If you are looking for a safe area, with good connectivity, where there is life during the day and it is quiet at night, an ideal area for all those who do not have a vehicle and want to get around the city easily.

Outside the location there is a local cafe for breakfast, brunch or lunch, it's called Level UP Juicebar.

20-25 min by car/taxi from Cancun International Airport. (It is located on the outskirts of the city)

3-5 minutes walking from the entrance to the Hotel Zone

10 min walk to the bus station.

8-10 min drive to the ferry to Isla Mujeres

8-10 min walk to Av. Tulum, Plaza las Américas, Puerto Cancún, Plaza de Toros, Chedraui, Walmart.

The bus stop for the ZH is outside the building.

For your peace of mind and security, the property has active surveillance cameras, located exclusively in the outdoor areas.
