« My stay at Tru by Hilton was unfortunately disappointing overall. The biggest issue was cleanliness. The bathroom was clearly not cleaned thoroughly before my arrival — there was hair throughout the shower and corners, grime buildup, cobwebs, marks on the bathroom walls, and the toilet itself appeared visibly dirty and unsanitary. « It was a great house but didn’t have much of anything in the kitchen for cooking and only 4 plates. No patio furniture. Pretty noisy neighborhood. The inside of the house was nice and the management company was very good. »

« Séjour passable je dirai. j’ai mis 4 étoiles car le bâtiment reste beau et d’époque et le personnel est très sympa et services voiturier et dans le hall de l’hôtel ++ mais j’ai hésité à mettre 3 étoiles car je trouve que les travaux de rénovation dans les chambres ne sont pas de qualité et fait plus pensé à un hôtel 3 étoiles qu’un 4 étoiles. Il est sur côté je trouve. La peinture et l’équipement de la salle de bain ne sont pas signé d’un hôtel comme celui-ci! Odeur d’humidité dans la chambre...

« The property is old but clean. The parking is easy. Didn’t do breakfast so no input on that. Bed was comfortable. Nice working fridge. Had trouble with the shower not draining and they fixed it right away. Easy to get to, right off the highway. Would stay there again. »
