« This stay was a homecoming for me, since my parents had lived right on the St. Lawrence, and nearly the entirety of my late mom's family still live nearby. The area is largely agricultural, with many dairy farms and green pastures. It is a truly beautiful part of NY State and we were very much looking forward to getting back there to visit. « I stayed here with my 3 young children for a short getaway and we had such a wonderful time. While I was ready to take them to do some exploring in town, they didn't want to leave. We pretty much lived on the cute beach they have on the river. Beth is such a beautiful soul and really made our time so enjoyable. We went on the kayaks, relaxed in the hot tub, had a fire every night, played some golf, and my son's personal favorite, caught about 1000 frogs. The kids are already asking when we can...
