"This is a great house for a large family or 3 couples or a group of friends. There is plenty of room for everyone! The house is lovely and was spotless when we got there. Just be aware that on top of the rental price, there's a $150 fee for the Country Club, but staying in the country club is very nice as you have 2 beach areas to choose from and there's lots going on in the summer. Owner was great to work with too. No issues at all."
