„The room had an incredible mountain view and was plenty large. Staff were all very friendly, and when we needed something, they were quick to help. The pool was not heated, which was perfect in the heat. 3 Jacuzzis which must be reserved an hour in advance to preserve energy. The bathroom was nice overall, however, waterflow on the toilet was low, and the shower head was attached to a pipe to make a quasi rainfall head. One thing we wish they had communicated was the closing time of the gates. My wife and I attended the Carnaval de Ensenada and returned to the property around 10 pm.
