This is one of those special Tuscany’s Farmhouses Villas that really captures the imagi-nation. At ground level of the main building there is a beam-ceilinged grand living room with original stone fireplace and a tv with international channels. There's a fully equipped traditional kitchen featuring , and a classically styled open plan dining room seating up to 14 guests. Both the dining room and a second living room here open to two pleasant ou-tside terraces: one in the sun at the front side of the house where the outdoor living and lounge area is and one in the shade on the back side of the farmhouse where an outdoor living and dining area with an American Weber BBQ and Wood Fired Pizza Oven is along with a ja-cuzzi. Two staircases leads to two separate areas on the first floor of the main building. On the first floor there are 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms:

- 2 bedrooms with a king size bed each and 2 ensuite bathrooms with built shower each;

- 1 bedroom with a king size bed and 1 bedroom with two twin beds sharing a bath-room with built shower

The annex provides 1 bedroom suite with a king si-ze bed and living area and 1 bedroom with two twin beds. The two bedrooms shares a ba-throom with a built shower and they both have french windows accessing the panoramic terrace where lounge with view is.

The Farmhouse is fully air conditioned and it has a very reliable wifi connection provided by the national phone company.
