We loved our stay here! We’ve been to the area a few times and it is our favorite! The condo was clean, cozy, and stocked with many essentials! The beach access was so close and easy. Deb was very responsive and helpful. We had a couple minor issues during our stay and she was quick to respond and helpful. The beach was not crowded at all and it’s close to the port so you can see all the ships so close. We also got to see a rocket launch at midnight the one night and it was awesome! We were really hoping to see the crew 11 launch too but unfortunately was rescheduled to the next day when we were leaving. We truly love this area. Would recommend!!

Beautiful place to stay. It was perfect for our plan to catch a launch (the bridge to the beach worked perfectly) and the beach was beautifully quiet for boarding. Highly recommend.

Great location and great unit.

Enjoyed our stay at Royal Mansions. Great location. The beach was nice and uncrowded. The unit was comfortable and had everything we needed for our vacation. Would definitely go back!

Exceptional stay

Wonderful condo, close to everything and loved the beach. Roaming peacocks were beautiful and a pleasant surprise. Great recommendations around the area, greatly appreciated. Debbie and Trace were great hosts. Would definitely do this again ❤️

Beautiful property, Wonderful time!

It was extremely easy to communicate with the owners. Check in and check out was simple. The unit had EVERYTHING you needed. The master bath, with its 5-head shower, was amazing. Great owners, great property!

Weekend get away

My wife and I had a great time staying at the Exquisite Penthouse. The accommodations were spot on, the unit is well appointed with towels, beach items, lines, and kitchen items. The beach is right there with easy access and we had a great view of a SpaceX launch from the Cape!

Fun & relaxing

Property is superb! The host is great and answers any question promptly. There is nothing missing from kitchen to linen to beach gear. Beach is beautiful and private. Close to NASA space museum and we even got to see a satelite launch. Would recommend and definitely return to this condo. Thankyou !

I cannot imagine a more perfect place to stay!

We rented this condo for a week at Cocoa beach, and I'm so glad that we did. The property owner communicated everything I needed to know clearly and promptly, and even personalized her recommendations to our family's needs. We were traveling with our teenager who loves all things space, and she made sure we knew the rocket launch schedule, recommended things to see in the area beyond the Kennedy Space Center, and truly made us feel welcomed. The property had everything we needed, and we were very pleased. For our stay, we used the menu's left in the welcome book to pick places to eat, and they were fantastic. (Grills, and Zarella's) The beach was very peaceful and not crowded at all, and one morning we had the entire pool area to ourselves. If you're considering booking this property, do it! I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Convenient, clean and calming

After three days scurrying around theme parks in Orlando, our time at the beach was needed. This property fit our needs as it was conveniently located to Cocoa Beach, yet not in the midst of the hustle and bustle. We arrived to a clean and well maintained property that gave us the comfort of home yet it was at the beach. We enjoyed a short walk to be able to set up our “camp” at the ocean to relax and rejuvenate. We would choose to stay here again when visiting the area.

Highly recommend

The condo was beautifully decorated and far surpassed our expectations. We traveled here with our two younger children who were excited to build a sand castle on the beach and play in the ocean. The beach is a short walk from the condo. We were even able to watch a shuttle launch from the beach one night! It is about a 1.5 mile walk on the beach to the Cocoa Beach Pier and plenty of shells to find along the way. Port Canaveral is very close by and it was neat watching the cruise ships disembark as well. Deborah thoughtfully had a welcome basket for us when we arrived and they had everything you could possibly think of needing. Pots/ pans/ silverware/ dishes/ dish soap/ shampoo/conditioner/ tide pods and even coffee k cups were all provided. TVs and games were also available. There was a balcony within the condo unit where my kids pretended to be at a castle and was a major highlight for them. Partial view of the ocean from the patio where we enjoyed several meals. The beds were very comfortable as well and the amazing shower and jetted tub was a great way to relax after a long day of traveling. Laundry was available within the unit, just be careful when opening the door as it is a little tight, however very convenient to have laundry right there. Heated pool with anywhere between 3’-6’ deep which we enjoyed spending the afternoon at. They also had a hot tub available as well. Refrigerator is very spacious. Freezer had ice maker with ice already made. (Just be sure to close the right door on the refrigerator tightly otherwise the alarm will notify you if it didn’t close all the way.) Owners are very quick to reply and have exceptional communication! Very pleased with their kindness and hospitality throughout our stay. Parking was available onsite. Gated entry/exit helped keep us feeling safe. Overall we highly recommend this beautiful condo for your next get away! We are all so excited to have shared so many memories together at the beach and pool. We hope to come back again in the future. Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us.

5 Star Rental

This beautiful rental is in a great location with direct beach access and a quiet/ calm neighborhood. The condo has a lot of great artwork and decorations. The leather sofa has awesome built in electric recliners. I was able to enjoy beautiful sunrises and ocean views on the deck. This property is stocked with everything you need: plenty of clean linens, beach chairs, umbrella, towels etc. I didn’t have to bring anything~ The multiple jetted shower is so relaxing as well as the jacuzzi tub down stairs. It was great having a washer/dryer too! This is a safe gated beach condo that I really hated leaving! Deb was a great host who went above and beyond and we will definitely return. By far the BEST VRBO rental that I have ever stayed in!!!

Perfect getaway ☺️

From the start Debora made the reservation process a breeze. She was extremely prompt and detailed in answering any questions I had. The location of the property was in close proximity to so many wonderful restaurants and activities. The condo truly felt like a home away from home including a few “extra touches” such as a snack basket, full size body washes and shampoos, and a k cup selection. I can’t sing enough praises for the property and it’s owner. Wonderful, wonderful trip. I will definitely be returning!
