After spending a week at this property, there are several things to note:Upon arrival Friday night, the patio entrance was covered in leaves and not inviting. The light fixtures on the front of the garage do not work. The inside of the garage looks like a construction zone with materials and boxes everywhere. Also it was full of leaves Inside, five light fixtures did not work. Garbage disposal was clogged and a plug was placed over it so the smell wouldn’t leak out but as soon as the plug was pulled, the whole kitchen smelled. There was sand/crumbs/visible dirt on the living room couch. Only one sliding door works properly. Pool patio area was dirty and had not been cleaned in a long time. Random hoses and dirty tools were laying in the patio. Dock is not useable. It sits so low that there’s no way to get to it to use the kayaks. Kitchen is missing basic cooking items as well as dish rags. Master bedroom doors do not shut. Murphy bed in den had been replaced with a pull out couch that is impossible to sleep on. Both the trash and recycling were overflowing upon arrival.Would not recommend this property. Price is MUCH TOO HIGH for all of the issues. VRBO needs to update this listing. I’m highly disappointed
