Our home features a private pool that is not fenced. All guests must exercise caution around the pool, dock, and waterfront areas.

•No unsupervised children in or around the pool
•All children and non-swimmers must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult when in or near the pool, dock, or canal areas.
•Do not swim or jump into the canal
•Minors may only use the pool when accompanied by an adult
•Guests are responsible for their own safety when using the pool and waterfront areas
•Kayaks are available for guest use at your own risk. Guests are responsible for their own safety and must supervise children at all times.
