Hi, we’re Hilda & Rey, and welcome to My Sweet Vacation Home! After spending several months vacationing in Southwest Florida, Cape Coral quickly became one of our favorite places. We loved it so much that we decided to create the kind of vacation home we’d want to stay in ourselves, comfortable, easygoing, and made for enjoying the Florida lifestyle.

Our 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home was thoughtfully designed for up to 6 guests, with plenty of space to relax, gather and make the most of your time together, from slow mornings at home to sunny pool days and BBQ nights outside.

The heart of the home is the outdoor space. Step outside to your private heated pool, surrounded by a panoramic screen enclosure designed to feel almost invisible, so you can enjoy the open views while staying comfortably protected.

The pool measures approximately 12 x 28 ft, with depths ranging from 3 to 5.5 ft.

The covered outdoor living area gives you plenty of room to slow down between swims, enjoy dinner outside, or stay out a little longer after sunset.

You’ll also have an outdoor kitchen, BBQ grill, full-size refrigerator, outdoor dining for 6, lounge area and TV, this is perfect for easy pool days that turn into BBQ nights.

And there’s more space beyond the pool enclosure: the home features a large, private fenced backyard, giving families and guests plenty of room to enjoy the Florida sunshine.

Inside, the home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, giving everyone plenty of space to get ready and unwind.

- Primary Bedroom: King bed, walk-in closet, TV and a private en-suite full bathroom.
- Bedroom 2: King bed, closet and TV
- Bedroom 3: Queen bed, closet and TV

The second full bathroom is conveniently located just outside Bedrooms 2 and 3, making it easy to share while keeping the primary suite private.

The third full bathroom is located outside by the pool area. No dripping through the house after a swim, shower, change or freshen up without having to head indoors.

The main living area offers comfortable seating, a 65” TV, ceiling fan and direct access to the outdoor area. Central A/C and heating keep the home comfortable year-round.

The fully equipped indoor kitchen makes longer stays easy, with a refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, air fryer, rice cooker, toaster, coffee maker and everyday cookware and dining essentials. The indoor dining table seats 6.

You’ll also have a washer and dryer, Safe deposit box, Fast Wi-Fi, multiple TVs throughout the home and two hair dryers.

Whole-House Water Softener: The home is equipped with a salt-based water softening system that treats the water throughout the property for added comfort during your stay.

Driving an EV? We’ve got you covered! An electric vehicle charger is available in the garage for convenient charging during your stay.

Heading out for a beach day? Beach chairs and an umbrella are available for your stay. Traveling with a little one? We also provide a Pack ’n Play and high chair, so there’s a little less to pack.

The location makes it easy to enjoy Cape Coral beyond the house. You’ll be close to Cape Coral Parkway and South Cape, where you’ll find local restaurants, shops, bars and entertainment, with Cape Coral’s waterfront and Yacht Club Beach nearby.

Pool heating is included from November 1 through April 30. From May 1 through October 31, heating is available upon request for $15 per day, collected through Airbnb. Maximum pool temperature is 85°F.

Beyond the Backyard:

There’s plenty to explore nearby. Our SW Cape Coral location puts you close to Cape Coral Parkway and some of the area’s best spots for dining, waterfront views, shopping and easy day trips.

• Head toward Cape Coral Parkway for restaurants, local bars, shops, live entertainment and an easy night out.

• Cape Harbour – Stroll the marina, grab lunch or dinner by the water, browse the shops or stay for sunset.

• Tarpon Point Marina – Another Cape Coral favorite for waterfront dining, marina views, boat activity and an evening walk along the promenade.

• Four Freedoms Park & Bimini Basin – A relaxed waterfront spot just off Cape Coral Parkway with picnic areas, green space and scenic views over Bimini Basin.

• Rotary Park Environmental Center – Explore nature trails, native gardens, the butterfly house and some of Cape Coral’s natural side.

• Yacht Club Beach – Cape Coral’s local beach on the Caloosahatchee River is a convenient option when you want a little sand and water without making a full-day trip. Please note that portions of the Yacht Club area remain under redevelopment.

• Sun Splash Family Waterpark – Traveling with kids? Cape Coral’s seasonal waterpark makes for an easy family day away from the house.

• Downtown Fort Myers – Cross the river for more restaurants, bars, galleries, shops and nightlife in the historic downtown district.

• Fort Myers Beach – Make a beach day of it with Gulf views, sand, restaurants and that classic Southwest Florida vacation feel.

• Sanibel Island – Worth the day trip for beautiful Gulf beaches, shelling, nature and a slower island atmosphere.

• Captiva Island – Keep going beyond Sanibel for an even more laid-back island day, colorful sunsets and waterfront dining.
