It is about 15 minutes to Matlacha, 30 minutes to Fort Myers Beach and about 45 minutes to Florida International Airport depending on traffic and time.
Guests can enjoy all that SW Florida has to offer from the convenience of an immaculate, well designed and very open vacation home. Eden features beautiful beachy décor in light colors, the five bedrooms and den are fitting for a larger group or multiple families with two king size bedrooms, three queen bedrooms and a den with a sleeper couch.
The main bedroom features its own private en-suite bathroom.
The Villa can fit up to 12 guests very comfortable in this generous set up. For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted. The interior boasts a very open floor plan with plenty of light and space. The kitchen, living room and large dining table features plenty of options to hang out, entertain and still be in the center of entertainment.
Upon entering the home, you have a great view of the pool area and lanai. From the large, fully equipped kitchen that is also is open to the living room with views of the lanai. Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.
Highlights of the outside include: a large lanai waiting to be used for sunbathing, grilling, lounging on any of the many seating areas, al fresco dining with a large table that has plenty of seating for your party, entertaining, swimming in the heated pool, relaxing in the jacuzzi, or just hanging out down by the dock area under the Tiki Hut or for canal fishing. An outdoor designated pool bath is also available.
