We booked this house for an 8 day stay. I wanted to like this house. The layout is nice, the location is good, the house was clean (except for the ceiling fans), the check in process was easy, and the property management company was responsive. However, the pool and hot tub were nothing but a disappointment. I contacted the property management company the morning after we arrived to let them know that the heat to the pool wasn’t working and that the hot tub was green. The pool heater was fixed halfway through our stay - likely because of the holiday, but then stopped working again 2 days later. The hot tub was green the entirety of our stay, until someone came out the afternoon before we left to address the issue. I think this may be a newer rental too, and some other things are still trying to get ironed out. The WiFi network on the check-in book is different than the actual network name. The dryer would get hot, but wouldn’t dry the clothes. There were rats running on the lanai and the roof each night. Essentially, we paid full price to get half the advertised amenities. This house has potential, but needs to have some things addressed before I would recommend staying there.
