One of Villa Salt & Sol’s most unique features is the private glass-bottom, waterfront tiki hut overlooking the wide, deep Gulf-access canal. Relax by the water, watch boats pass, fish from the dock, or look through the glass-bottom viewing area after dark as the underwater fish light illuminates the water below.

Bringing or renting a boat? Enjoy your own private dock and 13,000-lb boat lift, with access to the Caloosahatchee River and beyond. Or simply grab one of our 4 kayaks, a fishing rod and enjoy the waterfront lifestyle right outside your door.

HOUSE RULES and SAFETY DISCLAIMERS

We want you to relax, have fun and feel at home! We simply ask that you help us care for our property and respect our neighbors.

Guests & Visitors
• Primary booking guest must be 25+ and present throughout the stay
• Maximum occupancy: 11 guests
• Quiet hours: 11 PM–7 AM
• No parties or events
• No unregistered overnight guests
• Local guests: please contact us before booking

Property Care
• No smoking or vaping indoors
• No illegal drugs or firearms
• No confetti or glitter
• No tape or pins on walls, ceilings or furniture
• No commercial filming/photography without prior approval
• Please keep doors and windows closed while A/C or heat is running

DOG-FRIENDLY — NO pet fee

Up to 2 house-trained dogs, 50 lbs. or less each, are welcome at no additional charge. Please let us know when booking if bringing dogs.

• Dogs must be crated when left unattended
• Crates, toys, beds, bowls & treats are provided
• No dogs on beds or furniture
• Please promptly clean up pet waste in yard
• Guests are responsible for pet-related damage or additional cleaning beyond normal use (please keep up on pet shedding)

POOL, WATERFRONT & RECREATIONAL SAFETY

• Pool, canal, dock, kayaks and bikes are used at guests’ own risk
• No lifeguard on duty
• Children and pets should be supervised at all times
• Life jackets, bicycle helmets & pool safety gate are provided
• No food or drinks in the pool
• Pool heater is on and set to 90 degrees October through May. Pool temperature may vary (fluctuate a couple of degrees) depending on weather, wind etc.

EXTERIOR SECURITY CAMERAS

For guest and property safety, exterior motion-activated cameras include a Ring Doorbell at the front entrance, a camera overlooking the driveway and a camera facing the exterior pool and A/C equipment. There are no interior cameras.

GOOD TO KNOW

• Stays longer than 2 weeks require bi-weekly professional cleaning; fee applies
• Starter toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags are provided
• No mail or packages without prior approval. Food delivery is perfectly fine.
• High-speed WiFi is included; occasional provider or weather-related outages are outside our control
