Looking for a place where the whole crew can stay without splitting up? Portside Paradise 329 is the right side of a duplex in a SW Cape Coral neighborhood. Each side comes complete with its own private heated saltwater pool, garage, and separate entrance. It's a comfortable home base for group travel for up to 6 guests, or pair it with the mirror unit next door, Starboard Shores, for a bigger travel party.

Tucked into a residential corner of SW Cape Coral, Portside Paradise 329 puts guests just minutes from beaches, golf courses, waterfront restaurants, and local shopping. It's a central location for a Southwest Florida escape, with Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island both an easy drive away for a day by the water.

Sleeping Arrangements
- Master Bedroom: King bed, TV. En-suite bathroom, walk-in shower, dual vanity.
- Bedroom 2: King bed, TV.
- Bedroom 3: Twin bunk bed plus a futon, TV.
- Guest Bathroom: Shower/tub combo

The open-concept layout flows seamlessly from the kitchen to the bright living area, creating a seamless space for the whole group to gather. The fully-stocked kitchen with barstool seating and dining table allow your group to enjoy meals together. The washer and dryer make longer stays easy. High-speed WiFi runs throughout the home. The living room includes cozy seating and a streaming TV.

Out back, guests will find their own private retreat with a heated saltwater pool, three sun loungers for soaking up the sun, and an outdoor BBQ grill for easy poolside dinners on the outdoor table. The private dock is ready for a boat tie up or a relaxed afternoon of fishing. Two adult bikes are also available for a quick ride around the city.

Rates & Policies
- The base rate includes up to 4 guests with a small fee for extra guests.
- Both duplex units (Starboard Shores 327 and Portside Paradise) may be booked together for larger groups or multiple travel parties wanting to stay close by.
- Initial supply of consumables (2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, dishwasher detergent and soap, 1 roll of paper towels, hand soap, and garbage bags) is provided for the first 3–5 days of your stay.
- Guests are responsible for providing their own propane. There is a propane tank at the home, but the level of gas is not monitored by the property manager.
- A prepaid electric charge is included in your reservation.
