The home was beautiful, clean & well equipped for our stay. It is located in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. The host are very pleasant & quickly responsive to any concerns. So many things to do in the area & many delicious places to eat. There was a 'family' (as our 7 year old grand daughter referred to them as) of 3 manatees that swam right past the dock one morning. Also have burrowing owls right next door & our 'pet' iguana shows up high in the palm tree by the channel on warm days. I would highly recommend anyone to stay at this home on their next trip to Cape Coral.

We stayed January and February. Ron and Patty were great hosts and responded quickly to our needs.The home is cozy with beds, sectional couch and dining chairs being very comfortable.The pool was the warmest that we have ever had.

Holiday Escape

This property was exactly what we needed it to be for our extended family! Open layout in the main area with tons of seating! The heated pool and lanai were awesome and we thoroughly enjoyed finishing off the dock and getting sun and reading in the Adirondack chairs! Will definitely stay again if we are back in this area! Ron and Patty are also fantastic and super responsive!

A Cape Coral Gem

A beautiful and spacious home that was perfect for our needs! We stayed for a baseball tournament and the house was centrally located in Cape Coral and convenient to Ft. Myers and surrounds fields. The house was clean and modern, having all the amenities we needed. The property sat on a beautiful canal that offered fishing, kayaking and serene views. The pool was fully enclosed and made for a peaceful retreat after long days. Patti and Ron were wonderful hosts and we highly recommend!

Our stay was cut short

The place was amazing in every way. Unfortunately we had to leave within hours of getting there, due to the AC unit wasn't working. The owners got back to us fast but the unit couldn't get fixed soon enough so we had to find a hotel instead. We did get a full refund within days. We will definitely rent this home again the next time we are in south flotida. Things happen, we understood. I felt bad for them having an expensive fix on their hands. Life is not always fun, but we will return

Lovely property

The property was lovely. Very clean. It was nice to see all the boats travelling up and down the canal. The pool, although a bit small was heated to 84 degrees and extremely pleasant. The hosts were super friendly and responsive.

Perfect for baseball stay! Jet blue/lee county complex.

Perfect location for our Perfect Game baseball tournament week. We played at jet blue, Lee county complex and Cape Coral sports complex. 10-25 min drives! Day 1 we saw dolphin’s in the canal. Owls were hanging out in the palm tree out front! The kids were catching catfish right off the dock..(we used hotdogs for bait) so much to do, beaches were an easy drive. The house is perfectly laid out. The owners are supper friendly and easy to talk to. All positives!!!! Thanks you

We loved it!

We had a wonderful stay. The house was extremely clean and stocked with everything we needed. Beds we’re comfy and bedrooms all have smart TV’s. The pool was warm and a great view of the canal. We visit Ft Myers a couple times a year and will search this property out every time we’re down here.

Lovely, tranquil house with a lot of wildlife!

We had a marvelous time at this beautiful home! It is exactly as described, and communication was excellent. The dock and canal were so peaceful, and we even saw a dolphin swim by us one afternoon. There is also a burrowing owl nesting siteright next-door and we had owls in the front tree pretty much every day. The house, both inside and out, was beautifully done and made for a very relaxing stay. The pool was a bonus! If we are ever back in the area, we will definitely stay here again!

Ideal Cape Coral Home

We were in town for a week-long baseball tournament (my wife, son and I) and couldn't have asked for a more ideal home. The property is located in a safe, quiet, well-maintained neighborhood. Because of the tournament, we were unable to take advantage of all the amenities (bikes, kayaks, beach gear etc...) but we were very comfortable, enjoyed the pool and bbq grill and, most of all, we were made to feel welcome/at home by Ron & Patti. If you're heading to the Ft. Myers/Cape Coral area then we highly recommend this property!

Awesome Stay!

Our stay was awesome in this home! Not only was everything perfectly clean upon check in, but they also supplied beach chairs, beach towels, & even kayaks to enjoy! Each bedroom was extremely comfortable. The master bedroom was definitely the star of the show, with a beautiful view of the pool and canal out back. There were two full bathrooms in the home as well that were very clean & had all of the necessities and more! (Even bug spray in case the No-see-ums pay you a visit while enjoying the outdoors). I would say our favorite part of the entire house was definitely the enclosed patio, pool, and beautiful view of the canal. We spent most nights swimming in the pool and enjoying a glass of wine while watching the sunset. My kids enjoyed fishing off of the dock and we even caught a fish during our stay! The hosts were extremely accommodating. They gave us plenty of great local restaurant recommendations, activities, and were always available in case we needed them. Overall, this home was everything you could ask for & more! Plenty of space, extremely comfy and did I mention… a beautiful view! We will definitely want to book this home again whenever we are down in the Cape Coral area, and you definitely should too!

Great vacation getaway!!

Great vacation getaway with absolutely everything you need from kayaks and bikes to a fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms! Ron and Patti were extremely responsive with any questions we had or anything we needed! The pool is a fantastic touch with the outdoor patio furniture we spent everyday lounging around the pool and fishing off the dock. One night we even saw manatees swimming in the canal right up next to the dock! We will definitely return this is by far one of the nicest vacation homes we have stayed in and look forward to a future visit!!

The perfect getaway!!!!!

I can not go on enough about this rental and the owners. I would definitely recommend to anyone to stay at this beautiful home. The owners have honestly thought of everything. The kitchen is amazing, everything you could possibly need to fix your meals. Plenty of towels for both showers and swimming. The home is so comfortable it’s like being at home. We were completely content just hanging out by the pool and fishing by the dock. Every member of my hard to please family was very happy with the property. A huge thank you to the hosts as they were always quick to get back with us when we had a question. We definitely are hoping to come back!!!

Doesn't get much better than this!

What a nice place! The home was spotless, the hosts were very easy to communicate with, and they kept us up to date throughout our stay. The kitchen is well stocked with a beautiful island, and there are enough towels (bath and beach) for an army. The area is very quiet and has easy access to stores and restaurants. The window wall leading to the pool is a big plus. It kept the home light and bright all day. Even though the pool cage is gone (from the hurricane), there are screens across the patio so you can sit outside, eat outside, and get to the pool very easily. We were thrilled to see that when we arrived. We would definitely recommend this home to a couple or a family, as there is plenty of room. Have to say, this is one of the nicest homes we've stayed in in southwest Florida. Book it!
